A winter simulator league on Long Island is a dated signup on the operator's own site, or it is a page that still describes an older season. This guide uses those pages, checked October 31, 2026. If a dollar figure, a year, or a night is missing, or two lines on the same page disagree, call to confirm.

Hourly bay rates, which some leagues charge on top of the entry fee, are in the simulator pricing guide. County lists are the Nassau simulator guide and the Suffolk simulator guide. Westbury's rooms are compared in the Westbury simulator guide. Every indoor room in the directory is on the simulator guide.

X-Golf Westbury

The Westbury location page is the Long Island page that posts a 2027 winter league with a fee, a night, and a format. A promo on that page is titled "WINTER LEAGUE 2027 SIGNUPS!" The button goes to a Square item titled "X-Golf Westbury 2027 Winter League." The location page and the Square description use the same league text.

The start nights are Monday, January 4, 2027, Tuesday, January 5, 2027, and Wednesday, January 6, 2027. You pick one night. The window is 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and play starts at 7:15 p.m. Posted hours on the same page are Monday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The league uses the last three hours of those nights. Call (516) 490-5845 if you need the building open past 10 p.m.

Format on that page: three players per team per night, head-to-head, hole-by-hole match play with handicaps. A players play A players, B play B, and C play C. A roster can hold up to six players so the team can substitute. A player has to have played twice in the regular season to be eligible for the playoffs. A player without a team can sign up as a free agent. The page says the room can pair free agents.

The length is printed twice, and the two lines do not match.

  • One line says the league runs 11 weeks plus 3 weeks of playoffs, with a winner bracket and a loser bracket, and ends in early April.
  • The next block says the team plays 14 weeks, described as a 10-week regular season plus a playoff tournament, that every team qualifies for a playoff bracket, and that winner and runner-up tournaments are played.

Call and ask which length, and which bracket, is on the signup you are paying for.

Price on the same block:

  • Team league fee, $1,750.
  • Free agent, $585.
  • A line above the dates says less than $42 a week per player for 3 hours of golf each week.

The page does not divide $1,750 or $585 by the number of weeks or by the roster size. The Square item shows a range of $500.00 to $1,750.00. The description under that range repeats $1,750 and $585. It does not say what the $500 figure is, and the text we could read does not list separate Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday buttons. Open the Square item, or call (516) 490-5845, and match the cart to the night before you pay.

Membership on the location page is $325 a month, described as valid only at Westbury, with 20% off league entry among other items. The same page says the discount does not apply to items that are already discounted. Ask whether the winter fee is already discounted before you count on 20% off.

The company leagues page is a different writeup. It lists local qualifying from 9/20 to 1/31, regional playoffs in February 2027, and national finals in March 2027. It describes 12 nine-hole rounds, 3-player teams, and individual net stroke play. A league needs at least 6 teams. A player needs at least 7 of the 12 rounds to advance if the team wins the local league. The page says leagues do not have to use all 12 rounds. It says fall-season local champions can play for a $10,000 national championship grand prize in March 2027. That paragraph is not the Westbury winter paragraph. The Westbury page says hole-by-hole match play and prints the 11-week and 10-week lines above. Ask Westbury whether the $1,750 league is the local qualifier for that national path.

The company page also shows result tables that include Commack team names. It does not label those tables as the 2027 Westbury winter league. Westbury is not named in the qualifying paragraph. Use the Westbury page for the Westbury fee.

The location page lists 8 simulators, a full bar, and food at 1500 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590, (516) 490-5845, info@xgolfwestbury.com. A public bay on that page is $55, $65, or $75 an hour for up to 6 people. The league block does not say the $1,750 is instead of those rates or on top of them. Balls and the built-in tee are supplied. Rental clubs exist. The page does not print a rental price. Call.

The Experience, Hauppauge

The Experience leagues page posts two golf competitions and says the indoor leagues are a way to play in winter. Use the Hauppauge footer on that page: 180 Commerce Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788, (631) 617-6363, info@theexperiencenyli.com. A header on the same page still shows 27 Division Street, New York, NY 10002, plus placeholder phone numbers and emails. That header is not the room. The Hauppauge listing is The Experience LI.

Wednesday night

The heading is "Wednesday Night Winter HS Golf League." The page does not spell out HS. Call and ask who the league is for before you build a team of six.

  • Entry fee: $225 per player. Teams of 6.
  • When: Wednesdays, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., starting January 6, 2027.
  • Format: 9-hole match play.
  • Length: 6 weeks of round-robin play plus 2 weeks of playoffs.
  • A closest-to-the-pin contest each week. The winner gets a $25 gift card.
  • The page says to call Mike Johnson at (315) 542-2943.

The page does not say the $225 includes food, a bay beyond the 6-to-9 window, or a practice hour. Posted hours on the footer are Tuesday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., so a 6 p.m. Wednesday start sits inside the printed close. The Sim Alley page says the kitchen opens at 12 p.m. The leagues page does not say dinner is included.

Thursday night

A second block on the same page is a weekly event, not a season with a printed end date.

  • Entry fee: $35 per player, pay at the door.
  • When: Thursdays, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Format: 9-hole scramble, 2-person teams.
  • The page says no long-term commitment is necessary.
  • Cash prizes go to the low-score team each week and to the closest-to-the-pin winner.
  • The same Mike Johnson number is the contact.

The page does not print a first Thursday or a last Thursday. It does not say what happens if you arrive without a partner. Call (315) 542-2943 or (631) 617-6363.

Sim Alley rates on the play page, which this guide did not treat as the league fee, are $55 an hour off-peak and $65 an hour peak, plus a $15 reserve. Those are bay rentals. The league fees above are the numbers on the leagues page.

Island Greens, Franklin Square

Island Greens in Franklin Square is the room with a full written season that runs into December. The leagues page, the handbook, and the 2026 fall calendar were checked October 31, 2026. The address on those pages is 740 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Square, NY 11010, (516) 730-3456, fs@islandgreensny.com.

The posted league is the 2026 fall league, October 12 to December 13, 2026. Signups are closed. The page says the current league is underway and that signups for the next league will be announced on that page and by email, with dates, an entry fee, a team cap, and prizes. It does not print a winter 2027 start. The handbook says the same rules apply to every league, and that dates, the entry fee, and prizes for the current one live on the leagues page.

Fee

The leagues page lists the entry fee as $75 per person, a cap of 30 teams, and one entry fee per team. The handbook says you pay the team entry fee on a Square checkout, one payment per team, and that you can split it however you like. It does not print the dollar amount. Those lines can be read as $75 a person or as one $75 charge for the pair. Call (516) 730-3456 and ask what the checkout charges before you use either reading.

The handbook says the entry fee covers league administration and the prize fund. Bay time is separate. You pay the rate for the time you book. Peak, off-peak, first responder, and member rates apply as usual. Signups for a league stay open through Sunday of week 1 at 11:45 p.m. A team that joins during week 1 still has to post that week's round by the same deadline. After that, signups are final. Entry fees are not refundable. This fall league's signups are already closed, so that window is the rule for the next one.

The Franklin Square location page says five private bays, up to six people, Uneekor launch monitors, and more than 2,500 courses. It says the doors are open 5:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. every day. The pricing page checked for the pricing guide is where the hourly dollar rate lives. This guide did not recheck that dollar rate on October 31. Call if the cart does not match the last published hour.

How a week works

There is no league night. Two players, one round a week, any time the doors are open. Each week opens Monday at 5:00 a.m. and closes Sunday at 11:45 p.m. Plan on 2 hours for 18 holes. The calendar posts the course, the tee, and the conditions. You enter them as posted, tap "Start your league round" before the first shot, play 18, and submit the score plus a photo of the scorecard before Sunday at 11:45 p.m. A missing score is 0 points. One round per team per week.

The handbook says mulligans are off. A card submitted with mulligans on is 0 points. Putting is on, with a 10-foot gimme circle. The setup steps on the handbook name GSPro. The location page names Uneekor. Call if you need those two names explained as one bay.

Odd weeks are a two-person scramble. Even weeks are two-person best ball. Seven regular-season weeks, then two playoff weeks. Weeks 1 and 2 are gross. From week 3, the round is net. The handbook says the handicap is 85% of the team's average differential, rounded to one decimal, and it prints a worked example. A partner can miss a week. The other player may play solo. A solo round can earn points and uses the team handicap. It does not change the handicap. If neither player can play, the handbook says to contact the club before the week starts. It says the club does not make up a round after the week closes.

This fall's calendar

The calendar lists these weeks. Settings for later weeks unlock on the dates the page prints. Call if you are joining a future season and need that season's courses. These are the 2026 fall courses:

  • Week 1, October 12–18: Kohanaiki, scramble, gross.
  • Week 2, October 19–25: Greywolf, best ball, gross.
  • Week 3, October 26–November 1: Crumpin-Fox, scramble, net. Weekly prize.
  • Week 4, November 2–8: Adare Manor, best ball, net. Weekly prize.
  • Week 5, November 9–15: Pine Valley, scramble, net. Weekly prize.
  • Week 6, November 16–22: Tobacco Road, best ball, net. Weekly prize.
  • Week 7, November 23–29: Ohoopee Match Club, scramble, net. Points and the wild card.
  • Playoffs, November 30–December 6: Bethpage Black, best ball, net.
  • Championship, December 7–13: Augusta National, scramble, net. Grand prize.

Eight teams make the playoffs. Seeds 1 through 7 are the top seven in season points after week 7. The wild card is the best week-7 score among the rest. Round one is best ball. The top two scores play a handicapped two-on-two scramble for the championship, in person at Franklin Square. Season points do not carry into the playoffs.

From week 3 through week 6, the winning team picks from the prize pool. The leagues page lists two New York Islanders tickets to a home game of your choice, excluding Islanders versus Rangers, a $200 Island Greens gift card, two New Swing Assessments once assessments launch at Franklin Square, and two boxes of Titleist Pro V1s. Week 7's prize is an autobid into the playoffs. The grand prize is a $1,000 team credit toward club purchases through Island Greens, valid for one year from the championship. The page says monthly fittings include Titleist, Srixon, PXG, and other brands. That credit is the club's. It is not a shop linked from this site.

Points run from 500 for first to 37 for 24th and beyond. Ties split the points. The handbook has the full table and the tiebreak order.

Station Yards in Ronkonkoma is on the same site and is not this league. That page says bookings open soon, the room opens in 2027, and league signup opens closer to opening day. It is not a listing in this directory.

Golf Lounge 18, Lake Grove

Golf Lounge 18 is in the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, 619 Smith Haven Mall, (631) 366-8156. The company leagues page prints a format and a fee. It lists Lake Grove in the location block with every other Golf Lounge 18 address. It does not say the November session is booked at Lake Grove, and it does not print a year. Checked October 31, 2026, the start line is "week of November 1." Call (631) 366-8156 before you treat that as this coming week.

What that page does print:

  • 2-player teams.
  • Choose a morning or an evening.
  • 8 weeks: 6 weeks of regular season and 2 weeks of playoffs.
  • A different course each week.
  • $399 a player. Morning registrations are $349 a player.
  • Teams play in the time slot they signed up for. A round outside league hours is a regular bay charge unless the room arranged otherwise.
  • If you cannot play, arrange a substitute. A missed round is scored as the worst recorded score for the team.
  • Playoff ties use the week-6 card: last 6 holes, then last 3, then the final hole. A TrackMan error reported to staff immediately can allow a mulligan if the staff agrees it was an error.

Four divisions are on that page. Top Gun is 2-player best ball, 9 holes, no handicap. The printed grand prize is a Crystal Springs golf getaway, 3 days and 2 nights with golf included. Average Joes is a 2-player scramble, 9 holes, no handicap, with the same getaway as the printed prize. Old School is a 2-player scramble, 9 holes, no handicap, for teams in which both players are 50 or older, and the printed prize is a $400 gift card or app rewards. Hall Pass is a 2-player scramble, 9 holes, no handicap, described as the division for golfers who want a night out, with the same $400 prize line. The Hall Pass sentence on the page is printed twice in a row. Call if you need the division rules in one wording.

Two Lake Grove pages are titled as private winter leagues. Fred's Monday page is headed as a private winter league on Monday. Mike Simonetti's page is a Wednesday URL, and the heading on that page says Monday. Neither page prints a fee, a start date, a format, or a signup. The body under each heading is a set of testimonials. Call (631) 366-8156 before you count either page as an open roster.

Hours printed with the Lake Grove address on the leagues page are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Lake Grove bay rates on the reservations page are a separate product from the league fee. The pricing guide has the $40, $55, and $70 lines and the company FAQ that disagrees with them.

X-Golf Commack

X-Golf Commack does not have a winter 2027 fee on its location page. Checked October 31, 2026, the Commack page says "Stay tuned for Winter League info this week!" It does not print a start date, a format, or a price under that line. The address is 108 Veterans Memorial Highway, Suite A, Commack, NY 11725, (631) 486-4417, info@xgolfcommack.com. The page lists nine bays. A public bay is $59, $69, or $85 an hour for up to 6 people, and the same page posts a fall weekend line of $75. Call about the weekend bill. The Huntington guide has the hours conflict between that page and the booking tool.

The league signup tool on October 31, 2026 listed four titles: 2026 Fall Sunday Best Ball, 2026 Fall Tuesday 3v3 League, 2026 Fall Wednesday 3v3 League, and 2026 Fall Senior Social League. The page text did not include the dates or a fee under those titles. The tool's email is geoff@xgolfcommack.com. Call (631) 486-4417 and ask whether any of those fall titles are still open and when the winter block replaces the "stay tuned" line.

The company results tables linked above include Commack team names from rounds already played. That is a record that Commack has fielded league teams. It is not a 2027 signup.

Golfzon Range Westbury

Golfzon Range Westbury is the other Westbury simulator room, at 655 Merrick Avenue, (516) 388-6210. The company tournaments page, checked October 31, 2026, does not print a Westbury winter-league fee.

Two current listings name Westbury.

  • Golfzon Leadbetter Junior Tour, Westbury and Little Ferry, March 2 through December 13. The blurb does not print a year. Players 17 and under. A 10-event series. Registered players receive free merch. An entry fee is not in that blurb.
  • Golfzon Tour Season 3, Little Ferry and Westbury, September through January. Teams of four, network play, "a shot at a $300,000 prize pool." The same blurb says each range facility will enter a team. It does not print a Westbury player's entry fee.

A 4-week, 2-person scramble on that page is labeled Golfzon Range Little Ferry, October 29 to November 19, free for members and $20 a week for non-members. A winter league further down the page, February 18 to March 25, is also labeled Little Ferry, and it sits under past events. Little Ferry is in New Jersey. Do not use those two fees as Westbury prices.

Call (516) 388-6210 and ask which Westbury event is open, what it costs, and whether a local player can enter the foursome or only the facility team can.

Pages that still describe an older season

Birdies, Patchogue

The Birdies league page, checked October 31, 2026, still says the fall league starts October 27, 2025. It describes a co-ed social league, 21 and older, 6 weeks plus 2 playoff weeks, Monday and Tuesday at 7 p.m. or 9 p.m., 4 players a week with up to 2 subs, and a different format each week, with scramble, best ball, and alternate shot named as examples. League play is two hours. The page says league members get simulator practice Monday through Thursday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., at $45 an hour, and 25% off Birdies merch. It says weekly drink prizes, and that season winnings vary with the number of teams. It does not print a 2026 or 2027 start, and it does not print an entry fee. Birdies is at 17 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, (631) 654-4653. Call before you treat the 2025 date as this winter.

Endless Round, Mattituck

Endless Round in Mattituck says on its homepage, checked October 31, 2026, that the studio is temporarily closed. The same page lists four TrackMan bays at 7785 Main Road, Mattituck, NY 11952, (631) 298-7156. The leagues line says "Fall League is Here," week 1 starts November 10, it runs six weeks, and enrollment is open by email. That line does not print a year or a fee. Call before you drive. A winter date that is not on this page is not a listing here.

Clubs, and a different way to spend the winter

X-Golf says rental clubs exist and does not print a Long Island rental price. Island Greens' grand prize is a fitting credit spent through Island Greens. Golf Lounge 18's company FAQ, cited in the Suffolk simulator guide, says to bring your own clubs and that limited left-handed rental sets exist. It does not print a rental price. Call the room before you tell a free agent that clubs are waiting.

If you want a set to keep, GlobalGolf's club page is the trade-in and club shop linked from this site. Some of the links in that shop are affiliate links. If you buy through them, LISwing may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Read the affiliate disclosure. GlobalGolf sells clubs. It does not book these leagues, and this page does not add a simulator affiliate. LISwing's GolfNow link is not live, so this page does not add one.

Outdoor balls in the cold are a different booking. The ranges whose own pages say the bays are heated are in the heated driving range guide. A simulator at home is a different purchase. Ceiling height and the component prices we could verify are in the home simulator setup guide. How a fact gets onto a venue page is in how LISwing checks a venue.

Questions

Which Long Island golf simulators have a winter 2026-27 league on their own site?

On October 31, 2026, X-Golf Westbury posted a winter league starting January 4, 5, and 6, 2027. The Experience in Hauppauge posted a Wednesday night winter league starting January 6, 2027, plus a Thursday night weekly scramble with no end date on the page. Island Greens in Franklin Square posted a league from October 12 to December 13, 2026, and says the next league is not dated yet. Golf Lounge 18's company page lists a league starting the week of November 1 and does not print a year. X-Golf Commack says to stay tuned for winter league info. If a start date or a fee is missing, call to confirm.

How much does the X-Golf Westbury winter league cost?

The Westbury page and its Square signup, checked October 31, 2026, print a team fee of $1,750 and a free-agent fee of $585. A line on the same page says less than $42 a week per player for 3 hours. The Square item also shows a price range of $500 to $1,750 and does not explain the $500 figure. The page gives two different lengths for the season. Call (516) 490-5845 before you pay.

Does the Island Greens league fee include the simulator bay?

The Franklin Square handbook says the entry fee covers league administration and the prize fund, and that bay time is paid separately when you book. The leagues page lists the entry fee as $75 per person and also says one entry fee per team. Signups for the league that runs through December 13, 2026 are closed. Call (516) 730-3456 and ask what the next checkout charges.

How do I join a simulator league at The Experience in Hauppauge?

The leagues page lists a Wednesday night winter league at $225 per player, teams of 6, starting January 6, 2027, and a Thursday night 9-hole scramble at $35 per player, paid at the door. It says to call Mike Johnson at (315) 542-2943. The venue phone on the Hauppauge footer of the same page is (631) 617-6363. The Wednesday heading includes the letters HS and does not spell them out.

Can I join a Long Island simulator league without a partner?

X-Golf Westbury says a player without a team can sign up as a free agent for $585. Island Greens says teams are two players, and that one partner can play a week solo if the other cannot make it. Golf Lounge 18's company page is for 2-player teams and says to arrange a substitute if you cannot play. The Experience Wednesday league is teams of 6. The Thursday event is 2-person teams. Call the room if you are signing up alone.

Is there a winter simulator league in Commack?

On October 31, 2026, the X-Golf Commack location page said to stay tuned for winter league info and did not print a start date or a fee. The Commack league signup page listed four leagues titled as 2026 fall leagues and did not print dates or fees in the page text. Call (631) 486-4417.
