Indoor golf simulators in Nassau County, NY

Nassau is short enough that Westbury, Mineola, and the South Shore can be the same evening, and the rooms do not charge the same way. This page uses each operator's own site, checked October 27, 2026, plus Golf on Long Island's February 3, 2026 indoor list where a venue page is silent on a bay count. If a dollar figure or a rule is missing, call.

The three rooms below were reopened on October 27, 2026. Membership tables, Golfzon's lesson prices, X-Golf's party sheets, and the weekend open-time disagreement are written out in the Westbury simulator guide. This section is the county comparison.

Golfzon Range Westbury

Golfzon's Westbury page lists 655 Merrick Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590, westbury@golfzonrange.com, and (516) 388-6210. The location FAQ says this room has 18 indoor simulators. The same page describes a GDR MAX. Weekday hours on the location page and the Westbury contact page are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The company contact page lists the same Westbury address with Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Call (516) 388-6210 before a weekend morning.

The location FAQ says walk-in rates exist for players without a membership. None of the Westbury pages checked October 27, 2026 print that dollar rate. Balls are provided. Rental clubs are free while supplies last. The FAQ says one person needs about an hour for 18 holes and does not print a group cap. Call.

The book-a-bay page says 4:00 p.m. sessions, Monday through Friday, are not available for online booking. Reserve that time by calling or by using GolfNow. LISwing's GolfNow affiliate link is not live, so this page does not add one. The membership page still lists Bronze at $110 a month through Gold annual at $1,650. Those plans are not the walk-in rate. The town guide has the hour caps and the extra-session prices.

X-Golf Westbury

The Westbury location page lists 8 simulators at 1500 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590, (516) 490-5845, and info@xgolfwestbury.com. The rate is per simulator, per hour, for up to 6 people.

• Monday through Thursday, open until 4 p.m.: $55 an hour.
• Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to close: $65 an hour.
• Friday through Sunday, open to close: $75 an hour.

Hours on that page are Monday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday through Saturday 9 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The page says busy times and weekends often sell out. Balls and the built-in tee are supplied. Rental clubs exist. The page does not print a rental price. Call. Clean soft spikes or tennis shoes are allowed. The page describes a full bar and food, separate from the bay rate.

Membership on that page is $325 a month and is described as valid only at Westbury. The same page says you can cancel at any time and also says a 12-month commitment is billed as 10 months. The league block still prints a start of April 13, 2026, at $40 per teammate per week, and the top of the page also says fall league 2026 signups. Call (516) 490-5845 and ask which one is open. A 30-minute lesson is $80. An hour is $140.

PGA Tour Superstore Westbury

The Westbury store page lists 1254 Corporate Drive, Westbury, NY 11590-6625, and (516) 824-3000. The about text describes indoor practice bays, certified golf simulators, and an indoor putting green. Store hours on that page are Monday through Friday 900AM to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Read the weekday open as 9:00 a.m. unless the store tells you otherwise. Those are store hours. The page does not say the bays keep a different schedule.

The practice-bay booking tool was checked October 27, 2026. It lists a 60-minute practice session at $29.99 for a right-handed setup and $29.99 for a left-handed setup. The tool does not name the launch monitor, does not say a virtual round is included, and does not say how many people can stand in the bay. Lessons on the store page start at $79.99 for adults. Studio fittings start at $99.99. The page does not say how long those starting prices cover. The February 3, 2026 list describes six Foresight hitting bays. The store page does not print a bay count or a brand. The chain practice-center page says most locations use Trackman. Call (516) 824-3000 and ask what the $29.99 session includes.

The store page does not describe a bar or a kitchen. If you want food with the round, X-Golf is the Westbury room that says it has both.

A Westbury address that is not a listing

The Westbury simulator guide records an April 28, 2026 TruGolf Links lease announcement for 1137 Old Country Road. That guide did not confirm a phone or a booking page on October 25, 2026. This page did not add the address as a place to play. Call before you treat it as open.

Central Nassau

Island Greens

The Franklin Square pricing page lists 740 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Square, NY 11010, (516) 730-3456, and fs@islandgreensny.com. The rate is per hour, per bay.

• Off-peak, weekdays before noon: $35.
• Peak, weekdays from noon and all weekend: $49.
• First responders, after the venue verifies the player: $25 off-peak and $40 peak. The page says to email fs@islandgreensny.com.

The hourly rate covers the bay. Up to 6 players. No guest fee. Book from 30 minutes to 5 hours, in 15-minute steps. The page says Uneekor launch monitors and more than 2,500 courses. Balls are provided. Rental clubs are available during staffed hours. Clubs have to be clean. Every bay is described as left-handed and right-handed with no setup change. There is no age minimum. Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult, except in a program run by Island Greens staff. Outside food is allowed if the group keeps the bay clean. Outside drinks are not. The page says there is a bar.

The Island Greens Pass is $250 a month, billed annually: two hours of simulator time every day, a 14-day booking window, and a swing assessment. The page says you can cancel anytime and the remaining months are refunded. A membership is not required. The page says a full 18 takes about one hour per player. Reservations are required. A door code is texted 10 minutes before the session. The homepage says the room is open 365 days a year, including holidays. It does not print a daily open and close. Call for the clock hours and for the bay count. The page does not print one.

Station Yards in Ronkonkoma is listed on the same site as coming in 2027. The location picker says coming soon. That room is in Suffolk, and it is not open.

Spring Rock Golf Center

springrockgolf.com lists 377 Denton Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, info@springrockgolf.com, and (516) 739-1081. The homepage describes a driving range with covered teeing booths, heaters, miniature golf, and an indoor simulator. The PGA simulator page was checked October 27, 2026.

• Ultravision 2: $35 per hour per person.
• Spin Sensor: $45 per hour per person.

That rate is per person. It is not the per-bay rate used at Island Greens or X-Golf. The page names Bethpage, Pebble Beach, Augusta National, The Oceans, Palmer, and Doral Blue Monster and does not print a course total or a bay count. It does not print simulator hours. The February 3, 2026 list also names Ultra Vision 2 and Spin Sensor and says the range is open year-round. Call (516) 739-1081 and ask how many people the hour covers and which unit you are booking. The range site describes a snack bar. The simulator page does not.

Neustryk

neustryk.com lists 360 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, NY 11501, and (516) 226-0321. The footer on that site says daily, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The simulator comparison page on the same site says TrackMan technology is part of the system, that sessions are private bays in 25-minute and 55-minute formats, and that a membership is not required. It tells you to call (516) 226-0321 for the current price. It does not print a dollar rate or a bay count.

Golf on Long Island's February 3, 2026 list marks Neustryk membership required and describes Trackman. The site checked October 27, 2026 says a membership is not required. Call and ask which rule is on the booking. The comparison page is the studio's own ranking of itself. This directory does not use that ranking.

Lab 18

The membership page and the Lab page list 18 Roosevelt Avenue, Roslyn, NY 11576, (516) 588-1018, and info@lab-18.com. Both pages say five TrackMan 4 bays, a PuttView putting green, and about 5,000 square feet. The Lab page says 90-plus courses and describes a full bar. Hours on both pages are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., year-round.

Annual dues on the membership page:

• Junior, 18 and under: $3,200.
• Individual: $5,250.
• Family: $7,500. One bay at a time.
• Corporate: $12,500. One bay at a time, up to four people per visit, two private events a year, and ten guest passes.

The guest fee is $50. Unlimited bay time from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with no usage fee is a membership benefit. The page does not list a public hourly rate. The lessons page lists $200 for a non-member and $160 for a member, and says anyone can book a lesson. Rates are subject to change. The page does not say how long the lesson is.

The book-a-bay URL did not return bay numbers on October 27, 2026. An October 22 check of that URL numbered bays through 7. The two current pages say five. Call (516) 588-1018 before you count the bays.

John Ondrush Golf & Fitness Academy

The simulator page lists four aboutGolf simulators with a 3Trak launch monitor and V1 video, and it names Augusta National, Pebble Beach, and dozens of other courses. It does not print a course total. The Syosset page lists 180 Michael Drive, Syosset, NY 11791, and (516) 621-1515. Hours on that page and the contact page are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The membership page lists simulator packages:

• 1 hour: $60.
• 3 hours: $150.
• 10 hours: $450.
• Each hour includes 1 guest. Two or three guests are an additional $30 an hour.

The page does not say that hour requires a membership. It also lists a Weekend Golfer plan at $250 a month with personal training or $300 a month with golf lessons, and a Gold plan at $500 or $600. Those plans mix training sessions with simulator hours. The page does not describe a kitchen or a bar. The February 3, 2026 list describes Club Champion fittings. The simulator page has a club-fitting link and does not name the fitter. Call (516) 621-1515.

South Shore

Pinnacle Golf Club

pinnaclegolfclubrvc.com lists 60 Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY 11570. The contact page lists (516) 764-4653 and pinnaclegolf15@yahoo.com. The homepage says the club is semi-private and open to the general public, with memberships available. The about page names Full Swing simulators, more than 90 championship courses, and an 18-foot by 35-foot Tour Links putting green. It does not print a bay count.

The pricing page was checked October 27, 2026. Reservations are required. A 3% credit-card fee applies to non-member prices.

• 18-hole round: $65.
• 9-hole round: $37.
• One hour of practice: $50.
• Half hour of practice: $27.
• Guest fee for practice: $20.
• Lessons: $120 for one hour, $65 for a half hour.

The membership page lists Platinum annual at $2,575 for 11 months, Green winter at $1,495 for six months, White monthly at $375, and Junior annual at $800 for players 17 and under. The junior plan is weekdays and runs to June 1. Member lesson prices on that page are $110 an hour and $60 a half hour. A member's guest round is $50. The guest practice fee is $20. The same 3% card fee applies to membership prices. The site does not print daily hours. Call.

The Pursuit Golf Outpost

thepursuitgolf.com lists 3920 Merrick Road, Seaford, NY 11783, (516) 765-3650, and service@thepursuitgolf.com. The homepage says two Uneekor EYE XO2 bays and GS Pro with more than 2,500 courses. The main-bay service page says GS Pro with more than 2,000 courses, plus Uneekor View cameras, and up to 6 golfers. Call and ask which course count is loaded. The homepage's "two bays" and the booking page's main bays plus a rear bay do not describe the same count in the same words. The February 3, 2026 list says two simulators. Call (516) 765-3650.

The booking page was checked October 27, 2026.

• Main simulator bay: 30 minutes to 3 hours, from $30, up to 6 golfers.
• Back simulator bay: 30 minutes to 3 hours, from $30, up to 4 golfers.
• Driving-range session, main or back: 30 minutes to 1 hour, from $15.
• A PGA lesson with Nick: $130 for 1 hour.

"From $30" is the figure on the booking card. It is not a printed hourly table. The session packages page lists GS Pro hour packs, valid 12 months, and says those packs do not include Uneekor View.

• 5 hours: $225, printed as $45 an hour.
• 10 hours: $400, printed as $40 an hour.
• 20 hours: $600, printed as $30 an hour.

The plans page also lists a 30-hour pack at $800 and, in the same block, $27.50 an hour. Those two figures do not match. Call and ask what a single hour costs before you buy a pack. Monthly plans on that page are Aspiring Pro $250 with one lesson and 4 hours, Scratch Golfer $140 for 4 hours, Single Digit $120 for 3 hours, Bogey Golfer $90 for 2 hours, and Weekend Warrior $50 for 1 hour. The page says only members get Uneekor View.

The discounts page says first responders, including armed forces, police, fire, and EMT, get 20% off simulator bookings during open hours, paid in the store. Grade 12 and younger gets $20 off a booking of an hour or more, and $10 off a half hour, for sessions that start before 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. That student rate is not available on weekends, holidays, or at 6 p.m. or later. The main-bay page says to pay in the store in cash to avoid a 3.5% card fee, and to cancel at least 12 hours ahead. Proper footwear is required. The site does not print a daily open and close. It does not describe a kitchen. Call.

Long Beach Coffee & Tee

longbeachcoffeeandtee.com lists 220 West Park Avenue, between Magnolia and Laurelton, Long Beach, NY 11561, and (516) 608-9333. The homepage says three simulator bays, walk-ins, private events, a coffee shop, a full bar, two outdoor areas, three dart boards, shuffleboard bowling, and cornhole. The golf page says the simulators use Uneekor and more than 1,800 real-world courses. It says to call to book. It does not print an hourly rate, a group cap, or a lesson price.

The golf page has a Mini Golf heading that describes putt-putt. It does not say whether that is a separate course or a simulator mode. Call. The homepage's location record lists Monday through Wednesday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday 7 a.m. to midnight, Saturday 8:30 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The visible page text does not repeat those hours. Call (516) 608-9333 before you treat them as the bay schedule.

Back Nine

The Five Towns page says tee times start at $75 an hour, that a membership is not required, and that the room offers 24/7 access on Full Swing simulators. Phone (516) 834-4653. Email fivetowns@thebackninegolf.com. The address printed on that page is 101 Causway, Lawrence, NY 11559. Golf on Long Island's April 8, 2025 feature uses 101 Causeway and places the studio beside the driving range at Lawrence Village Country Club. Call before you navigate. The Five Towns page does not print a bay count or the rest of the rate card. The February 3, 2026 list describes two simulators. The April 8, 2025 feature also describes two Full Swing bays and more than 50 courses. That feature describes snacks and drinks on the honor system, and delivery from MG Craft Kitchen across the street. The Five Towns page checked October 27, 2026 does not repeat a menu. Call before you count on food. The location page names individual courses and says there are dozens more. It does not print a total. The rental-club answer says many locations offer rental sets and tells you to call (516) 834-4653. It does not print a Five Towns rental price. Membership prices are not on the page. Guest allowances are described as varying by plan. Call.

A New Hyde Park room that is not open

Pickle N Par's New Hyde Park page prints Full Swing simulators, more than 85 courses, and a simulator bay at $50 an hour, plus a $5 an hour guest fee for non-members. Six hours are $240 for members and $260 for non-members. Twelve hours are $420 and $460. The same page says "coming soon," the footer says coming soon, and an announcement says construction has delayed the opening by a few more weeks. It does not print an opening date. The address on the page is 1350 Union Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. The email is NHP@PickleNpar.com. A phone number is not on that block. Hours are printed on the same page as the delay notice. Do not treat them as a current open schedule. This is not a listing in the directory. Melville and Smithtown, which are open and in Suffolk, are in the simulator pricing guide.

What to book the first time

Book the bay for the group, then ask whether the hour is per bay or per person. Island Greens, X-Golf, and the Pickle N Par rate that is not open yet say the posted hour covers the bay. Spring Rock's simulator page prices Ultravision 2 and Spin Sensor per person. Pinnacle prints a guest fee for practice on top of the hour. John Ondrush includes one guest in the $60 hour and adds $30 an hour for two or three guests. The Pursuit booking card says "from $30" and does not say what that buys. Ask before you promise a full 18.

Bring the clubs you play. Golfzon says rental clubs are free while supplies last. Island Greens has rentals during staffed hours and does not print a price. X-Golf, Back Nine, and the PGA Tour Superstore tool do not print a rental price. Call.

A fitting at X-Golf, Pinnacle, John Ondrush, or the Superstore is separate from the bay rate. If the numbers say the clubs should go, trade-in and weather-gear links live in the site's affiliate config and render on the gear page. Some of those links are affiliate links.
