Bethpage tee times

The reservation window, not the driving range. This page follows the New York State Parks golf registration FAQ dated June 2026. Green fees change. Call the golf office before you build a trip around a price.

The window

Verified New York State residents may book all five courses starting seven days in advance. The Black, Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow courses open together at 7:00 p.m. one week before the day you want to play. If you want a Thursday, you start at 7:00 p.m. the Thursday before.

Non-residents and residents who are not verified book five days ahead. Those reservations also open at 7:00 p.m. A Saturday time opens at 7:00 p.m. the Monday before. After the window opens, later times can still be booked.

Parks says the system runs every day, with a daily outage from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Resident verification

When you register, choose “NYS Driver License/NYS Non-Driver ID Card” if that is the ID you have. To get the seven-day window, email a photo of the ID to BethpageRegistration@parks.ny.gov and black out the ID number. You can also verify in person at Bethpage State Park. After Parks updates the account, log in with the verified resident type.

Seniors (62 and older with a New York ID) and Access Pass, Liberty Pass, or a veteran designation on a New York license use the same email to request those verified types. The FAQ says those categories can change what you owe on the day of play. This guide does not list green fees.

Limits

• One reservation for up to four players per day.
• Black Course reservations are limited to once every 28 days.
• Red Course reservations are limited to once every 14 days.
• The person who books must claim the time, pay, and play. Reservations are non-transferable.
• The June 2026 FAQ says the online booking fee is $5 per player, paid when you book, and is not refunded if you cancel, modify, or miss the time. Confirm that figure on the Parks page before you pay.

Book on the official page

Parks tells golfers to register and reserve at parks.ny.gov/golf. Choose Bethpage State Park, log in, and pick the residency group at the bottom of the page before you search. The driving range is a different stop. Parks says it is open daily when the courses are open, weather permitting, and says to call the pro shop at (516) 249-4040. See the Bethpage venue page.
