A simulator party on Long Island is a bay booking, a printed package, or a private-event form. Those are different products, and most rooms publish only one of them. This page uses each operator's own site, checked October 28, 2026. Golf on Long Island's February 3, 2026 indoor list is cited only for a bay count a venue page does not print. If a dollar figure, a headcount, or a drink rule is missing, call.
Hourly bay rates for a normal session are in the simulator pricing guide. Westbury's three rooms are compared in the Westbury simulator guide. County lists are the Nassau simulator guide and the Suffolk simulator guide. Every indoor room in the directory is on the simulator guide.

Match the booking to the headcount
A group that fits in one bay should book the hourly rate, where the room prints one. The X-Golf Westbury party sheets start at 12 people. A group of six at that room is the $55, $65, or $75 bay, for up to 6 people, and it is not the Par package.
Published caps that cover a larger buyout are Golfzon's 8 to 80 guests, X-Golf Commack's party space of up to 193, Private Fairway's whole place up to 50, and Lab 18's offer to reserve the floor. Birdies publishes more than 11,000 square feet across two floors and a beer garden, and it does not print a guest maximum for a buyout. Call (631) 654-4653.
The party sheets at X-Golf Westbury are two hours. The Westbury FAQ says one player generally needs about an hour for 18 holes, and that each added player can add about an hour. Ask how much of a round the two-hour package plays before you promise the group 18 holes.
Nassau County

The same page says the discount does not apply to items that are already discounted. Ask whether a party package qualifies. Rental clubs exist. The page does not print a rental price. Call. Balls and the built-in tee are supplied.

The sheets list stroke, par 3, alternate shot, skins, scramble, and best ball, plus closest-to-the-pin, long-drive, and putting contests. The location page does not say those modes come with every public bay. Ask when you book. Westbury lists 8 simulators, and the largest printed package uses 5. A buyout of the remaining bays is not on the sheet. Call.
The location page says the bar sells beer, cocktails, and wine, and the kitchen sells shareable bites, appetizers, snacks, and pizzas. A menu price is not on that page. Food and drinks outside the printed package are separate from the bay rate.
Golfzon Range Westbury
Golfzon's Westbury page lists 655 Merrick Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590, westbury@golfzonrange.com, and (516) 388-6210. The location FAQ says this room has 18 indoor simulators. Call (516) 388-6210.
That host page says the facilities have snacks and drinks, do not serve alcohol, and do not have a kitchen. Catering is allowed, and the page says to call. Rental clubs are free. The same page says the selection at each location is limited and tells you to call before the event. Balls are provided. Every bay has an auto-tee. Kids are welcome. The page says one person needs about an hour for 18 holes and does not print a per-bay group cap for a normal session.
Hours on the Westbury location page are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The company contact page lists the same Westbury address with Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Call before a weekend event.
Walk-in rates exist for players without a membership. None of the Westbury pages checked October 28, 2026 print that dollar rate. The event package is a separate question from the walk-in hour.

Two private events a year are included. The page says the company covers catering and the bar, and Lab 18 covers the room. Ten guest passes are included. Guests past those passes are $50 each. The membership page also lists the $12,500 corporate dues, five TrackMan 4 bays, a PuttView green, and a members' bar. Unlimited member access on that page is 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with no usage fee. The page says many locations offer rental sets and tells you to call (516) 834-4653 to ask about rentals at this room. It does not print a rental price. Guest allowances of 1 to 4 are described as a membership rule, not as an event cap.

Suffolk County
X-Golf Commack
X-Golf Commack is not a separate page in this directory. The Commack page was checked October 28, 2026. It lists nine simulator bays at 108 Veterans Memorial Highway, Suite A, Commack, NY 11725, (631) 486-4417, and info@xgolfcommack.com. The same town's directory room is PGA Tour Superstore Commack.
The page lists a private bay for lessons or semi-private events, food and beverage packages, a full bar, a party space of up to 193 guests, a pool table, sports on 24 TVs, and a private karaoke room for up to 30. It says two floors and an outdoor beer garden total more than 11,000 square feet. It does not print a package price or a buyout cap. Call (631) 654-4653.
A booking covers 4 customers per simulator. Each additional customer is $5. The maximum is 6, whether or not all of them are hitting. More than 6 means another simulator, or a call about the main-floor simulator. The page says you are not charged until after you play, and that a discounted slot is adjusted on the bill. The page text does not print the base hourly number.
Club rental is $5. The page names TaylorMade SIM2 and TaylorMade Stealth sets. Happy hour is listed as every weekday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. A happy-hour price is not printed. Hours printed with the Lake Grove address are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The company FAQ says the charge is per hour, for up to 5 people in a bay. It also says Monday through Thursday is $45 and Friday through Sunday is $60, and it tells you to use the location page. The two pages disagree. Call (631) 366-8156 if the cart does not match the Lake Grove page. The FAQ says company locations have a full bar and food, including beer, cocktails, wraps, burgers, wings, and desserts, and that the rooms book corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and other occasions. The homepage says the brand hosts birthday parties and corporate outings and that catering is available.
The events and parties page lists corporate outings, birthdays, and bachelor and bachelorette parties. It says event catering pricing is available for parties greater than 20 people. It names closest-to-the-pin, Skyline target practice, and a timed long-drive contest. The plan-your-event page says gatherings of 20 or more qualify for event pricing and options, and that a golf pro can teach mini-lessons and run contests. Neither page prints a dollar amount for that event pricing. The form asks an events coordinator to call you back. Call (631) 366-8156.
The company mobile simulator page lists a 3-hour event at $750, with setup, breakdown, and 2 Golf Lounge reps, and a 4-hour event at $950, with an MC and 2 reps. The custom line on that page is printed as "$$$" and does not give a number. The page text checked October 28, 2026 does not name the towns the truck visits. Call and ask whether that unit comes to Long Island. Those mobile prices are not the Lake Grove bay rate.
The FAQ says spiked shoes are not allowed, that a twosome usually needs 1.5 hours for 18 holes, and that a foursome usually needs 3 hours. It says there are more than 450 courses. It says to bring your own clubs, and that limited left-handed rental sets exist. It does not print a rental price. The February 3, 2026 list describes 11 simulators at Lake Grove. The Sim Alley page lists golf simulators and multi-sport simulators, including football, baseball, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, and party games. It calls the building a Long Island event destination with event spaces, an on-site restaurant, and indoor sports simulators. A counter on that page did not load a bay count. The page does not name the launch monitor and does not print a party-package price. The February 3, 2026 list says this room was formerly Simplay and has six golf and multisport simulators. Call and ask what is in the bay.
Use the Hauppauge footer on that page: 180 Commerce Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788, (631) 617-6363, and info@theexperiencenyli.com. A header on the same page still shows 27 Division Street, New York, NY 10002. That is not the Hauppauge room.
The rate is per hour. A $15 charge reserves the simulator. The page says the total is then prorated from the time you are set up until you check out. The deposit is forfeited for a cancellation within 24 hours.
- Off-peak: $55 an hour, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Peak: $65 an hour, Monday through Friday after 5 p.m., all day Saturday and Sunday, and holidays.
The same page lists 20% off for military personnel, 10% off for police, fire, EMT, and health-care workers, and half-price Mondays until 5 p.m. The Monday line says suites and holidays are excluded and that the reservation has to be made online. Posted hours on that page are Monday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday's open does not cover a discount that ends at 5 p.m., and it does not cover the printed off-peak window. The kitchen opens at 12 p.m. Call if the group needs food at the Tuesday through Thursday open.
Private Fairway
Private Fairway is not a separate page in this directory. The Farmingdale page was checked October 28, 2026. It lists a TrackMan studio at 238 NY-109, Unit B, Farmingdale, NY 11735, (516) 855-3660. It says most dates can be accommodated with 10 to 14 days' notice. It does not print an event price. The February 3, 2026 list describes two TrackMan bays and marks the studio membership required. The venue page does not print a bay count. Call.
The same page prints 6 months of unlimited sessions at $1,600 and 12 months at $3,200, with no cost for guests. It also describes a monthly unlimited membership and punch passes. Dollar amounts for that monthly plan and for the punch passes were not in the page text checked October 28, 2026. Members get 24-hour access after an orientation and a key fob. The page does not print a walk-up hourly rate.
Big Indoor Golf
bigindoorgolf.com lists Trackman bays at 1260 Broadhollow Road (Route 110), Farmingdale, (631) 923-2224, and more than 500 courses. The homepage describes an alcohol-free room. It does not describe a birthday package or a corporate package. The rate depends on the size of the group. Off-peak is Monday through Thursday until 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Every other time is peak. Reserving a specific bay is an extra $10 an hour.
- Solo: $50 off-peak, $65 peak.
- A group of 2 or 3: $60 off-peak, $72 peak.
- A group of 4: $80 off-peak and peak.
The homepage says the room is open with reduced hours during the outdoor golf season. It does not print a daily open and close on that page. The site says the full pricing terms are at checkout. Call if the group is larger than four or the day is a holiday.
Four Seasons Indoor Golf
fourseasonsindoorgolf.com lists one private room at 668 County Road 39, Southampton, NY 11968, (631) 283-2158, at the Southampton Golf Range. The contact block asks about hosting an event. It does not print an event price or a headcount above the bay cap.
The prices page lists $50 an hour on weekdays and $60 an hour on weekends, for up to 4 players, at the same hourly rate either way. It says one experienced golfer can typically play 18 holes in an hour, and that each added player means another hour. The about page describes a TruGolf simulator with E6 Connect and TruFlight 2, three high-speed cameras, TVs, couches, a pool table, foosball, and darts, and more than 60 courses. The homepage says more than 90 courses. Call and ask which library is loaded. The homepage hours block does not print a daily schedule. It says the room is at the Southampton Golf Range. Call ahead.
A Toptracer range is a different booking
Topgolf Holtsville is the heated Toptracer range in the directory, in Holtsville. It is not one of the indoor screen rooms above. This page did not copy a Holtsville bay price. The venue's own page is where that price lives. Other heated outdoor setups are in the heated driving range guide.
Clubs for guests who do not own a set
Rental clubs and a set you keep are different purchases. Golfzon's event page says rental clubs are free and limited, and it says to call before the event. Birdies prints a $5 rental. X-Golf, Golf Lounge 18, and Back Nine tell guests to bring clubs and do not print a rental price for the Long Island room. Call the room before you tell a group of beginners that clubs are waiting.
If the group wants clubs to keep, GlobalGolf's club page is the trade-in and club shop linked from this site. Some of the links in that shop are affiliate links. If you buy through them, LISwing may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Read the affiliate disclosure. GlobalGolf sells clubs. It does not book a Long Island simulator party, and this page does not add a simulator affiliate. LISwing's GolfNow link is not live, so this page does not add one. Weather gear, which an indoor party does not need, is on the gear page.
A simulator at home is a different purchase from any party above. Space, ceiling height, and the component prices we could verify are in the home simulator setup guide.
How a fact gets onto a venue page is in how LISwing checks a venue.

Do guests need their own clubs?
Golfzon, X-Golf, Golf Lounge 18, and Back Nine say guests can bring their own clubs. Golfzon rental clubs are free while supplies last, and the event page says the selection is limited, so call before the event. Birdies lists club rental at $5. X-Golf and Back Nine say rental clubs exist and do not print a rental price. Call. Buying a set is separate from the bay. The club shop linked from this page is GlobalGolf. That link is not a simulator booking.
